I have a contract with them for repair of damages for termites. They came and retreated, but don't return my calls about repair of wood damage. They keep telling me their computers are down! Not getting any satisfaction. MY ADVICE IS DON'T USE TERMINEX. ITS TOO MUCH MONEY AND NO SATISFACTION!
Pros: Example: best croissants in town
Cons: They don't come out to repair damage!
