First time to Yamaguchi's for spa services, massage and facial. The actual salon is nice inside but LOUD for spa services and the staff is very snooty, I really didn't like the attitude of the staff. The massage and facial were just so-so, not worth the amount I paid with my gift Certificate!! Definitely recommend NOT using them for spa services ever.
