I purchased a Co-Pilot bike seat from Summit Bicycles. They installed it right away and suggested a Safe Tune-Up (my bike hadn't been used in a couple years). They also suggested a kick stand. Which I really needed so I could get my child ready without trying to find a spot to rest my bike against. Customer service is huge to me and I was impressed with the service I got. I also researched prices before I went to Summit and surprisingly Summit had the lowest price. They showed me how to take the seat off and put it back on, all the safety features and I was able to try it myself as well. I didn't feel rushed at all.
