Bill had a quick response and was very professional. We were having issues with our sewer backing up do to the cities system and he was willing to talk with the appropriate patries with the city to discuss what his anylisis showed. He stepped up and went beyond what would normally be expected. It is hard to find old school service like this anymore. His prices are far better than the big names and his knowlegde and care for his work are top shelf to say the least.
