There were 5 in our party. We waited forever for our food because apparently they ran out of bake potatoes. Then, when it came, the steaks must have been sitting waiting on the potatoes because they were all $22 hockey pucks. To make it worse, the potatoes were still raw and hard as a rock.
I give credit that they tried to make it right, and recooked everything. Things were better 2nd time out except one steak was now raw and inedible. Nothing was taken off the bill although the manager treated us to a few free deserts. They were nice, but service was unbearably slow (because of the no potatoes), and the food preparation was horrific. This is not a cheap place either. I don't think they're going to make it long.
There are MUCH better steaks in west county and for less money. I hope for their sake, they get some cook training quickly, or they'll be closed soon.
Pros: Steak was good on the 2nd attempt.
Cons: Value, service, cooks.
