I grew up running and doing various endurance sports (cycling, triathlon, skiing), but I've never really strength trained before. The primarily reason being because I didn't enjoy the weight lifting scene.\r

501Fit, and it's group classes are a fantastic departure from the norm and totally effective, especially for runners and skiers. Not only are you strength training, but you're getting a cardio workout at the same time. I can't say enough good/positive things about this gym and the people that run it...
Pros: Trainers, Class Sizes, Gym Upkeep
