I use propane only for my gas stove (no heating or hot water). In periods where I literally used zero gas (my diet forced me to use only my microwave for cooking) they insisted on charging me for a large delivery fee. Repeated calls to discuss alternative service plans resulted in promised calls from a salesperson. I'm still waiting. Actually, I'm not. I have cancelled my contract with these people.
