I was a customer of this local office from 1998 until 2007. The original owners were great! Very customer oriented and good dentists. They sold the business, along with the name Pacifica Denatl and the practice turned into a nightmare. I got my by annual cleanings religously and never was diagnosed with any problems. On my FIRST visit under the new ownership, I was told that I had gum disease and needed a deep cleaning along with another proceedure that later I found out would not have been covered by my insurance. A bit odd for someone who has gotten a clean bill of health from the previous Doctors for the past 9 years would'nt you say? I have a new dentist now and my ""gum disease"" must have mirraculously went away by itself without their recommended costly proceedure. This place is a scam!!! BEWARE!!!
