i bought a remote car starter from them, they told me that if it didn't work i could bring it back as long as i didn't cut any wires. so i got home and the CD that came with it didn't work and there was no directions. So i brought it back like she said i could do and she seemed very upset with me. I told her that there were no direction and the CD didn't work and she said it was my fault the disk didn't work i needed a new computer well that's fine but i am not going to get a new one just to install the car starter. After 20 min she let me return it i was very unhappy and will not return
