The staff was uncaring and out right rude when I had to have my cat put to sleep. She was 17 years old and I had been a regular client since she was a kitten. After waiting over an hour for the scheduled appointment and my cat started to die on her own; I left and went to a wonderful emergency clinic that treated us with real compassionate care. After that, Northwood actually had the nerve to send me a bill for the euthanasia they didn't even perform. This place is horrible and the back office is filthy. I wouldn't go there if it was the only vet in Orange County!
