They do try to help the customers as much as they can and only have the authorization to do certain things. So when an issue gets out of hand because a customer starts demanding things because they want some sort of better service at the cheapest furniture store in town, they have to go through their manager who is in a lack of words, a total b**ch. Their customer service department was built solely to handle issues with the furniture that has arrived in peoples houses. And they deal so much with angry, irate customers who don't want to understand how much they are helping, so yeah, they may have become a little callused. They will tell you how it is and how they can help you but if you get crazy with them it definitely does not help the situation. \r
2. Sales dept. :\r
SALES DOES NOT TELL YOU EVERYTHING BECAUSE THEY WANT TO MAKE A SALE!!! They will help you as best as they can, but when your looking at something thats not in stock, they should probably tell
