My youngest son has just had his suresmile braces put in by Dr. Lach and this is our second time with a family member being served by Lach Orthodontics. My daughter had hers put on 4 years ago (regular braces) and when it came down for my 12 year old to start I didn't think twice about going back. The staff is great and they answered all my sons questions and addressed his fears. They could see that he was very nervous and took the time that he needed for the impressions and actually placing the braces on. I appreciated the time they took and know that we were the cause of some waiting for others, sorry:(
