I was referred to this office by my Allergist for a skin biopsy. The staff was pleasant enough. I had an appointment scheduled to return for suture removal at no charge. I completely forgot about my appointment. No reminder call or anything like that. I got a letter from the Office Manager saying that I had missed my appointment and I needed to call and reschedule. So I call to reschedule. I was informed by the secretary that my ""account has been flagged"" and I have to pay a $25.00 fee for not keeping my previous appointment (for which there would have been no charge for anyway). So here I am, with SUTURES IN MY LEG and they will not reschedule my appointment until I pay $25.00. Boy, talk about a liability! I call that abandonment. I took the suture out myself. If this is how they treat their patients, I don't want to be one.
Cons: either very poor management or uncaring docs...
