My family and I flew into Phoenix from Colorado for spring break. My wife had reserved a car at Saban's on line prior to our arrival. The total price for six days was $189.00. When we arrived at Saban's we were informed that they were ""out of cars"". The very brash man behind the counter told us to try their other location where they have ""one car left"" and they will hold it for us. We arrived at their other location and this is where we met Satan in human form. Words cannot describe how rude and inappropriate this man behaved. I approached the counter and he looked at me as if he wanted to pull my heart out. No hello's.. No good afternoon.. just a very unfriendly ""what?"". No joke.. that is all he said as he looked up from counting a massive roll of cash. Then, he told us he did not have our reserved car. He had only one car left which we could rent for $489.00 not for the reserved price of $189.00. This was clearly very upsetting so my wife and I claimed bait and switch. Then what happened next was unreal. He began to scream at full volume every harsh word one can fathom. Right there in front of my two small children he totally verbally bashed us. He is a true Sleazebag. Needless to say we did not rent from Saban's. Please Please do not rent from this business. You have been warned. Also, any good review of the company has clearly been entered by the someone at Saban's.
