We had a car rented for spring break week 2009. My hubby decided he wanted to economy cars instead of a van. We called Enterprise they had no cars left. We canceled the van thinking no big deal to get a new rental..Were we wrong! It was Cactus league in Phoenix and we landed with no car! Our LaQuinta airport Shuttle driver took us to Saban's and they were great ...we rented a Town and Country for a week ..brakes were squeaky but other then that it was awesome!
They help us out of a JAM..as far as the insurance thing goes..I had our insurance Agent fax them confirmation that we had our own and did not need theirs..It wasn't even an issue.
