The Pony Shop is by far my favorite shop in Evanston. They are knowledgeable, helpful and have none of the high-pressure sales tactics that you find elsewhere. Best of all, when they say your bike's tune up will be done on Friday, it is done on Friday!
Pros: Best service in town!
Cons: Small shop = fewer choices (but they will order anything!)
