I mentioned to one of the assistants that every time I come in, I end up needing something that costs $700. They laughed and thought it was a joke. At first I thought I was getting some well needed procedures, but confused why they would tell me my insurance didn't cover any of it. A simple filling would not be covered. I thought, wow my insurance stinks. After spending about 3-4 thousand there in a year, I called my insurance so I could get a better plan. They said mine was pretty good, but when I went on to explain what I was getting charged for the said I was getting way overcharged and did an investigation. They estimated I paid over 2000.00 more than I should have. Sent me a check and said they were taking care of it. \r

6 months later I called because I did not receive my reminder for a cleaning. I had set up an appointment the last time I was there. They said they had no record of me being a patient and that they couldn't see me. Like I did anything wrong to them at all! The dentists are good, but the lady that handles the billing is shady. I heard her tell dentists so many times that something wasn't covered and the dentist would say it should be and she would say no. I am happy my situation was resolved over time, but to erase me from their history and not allow me to be a patient because of their mistakes is crazy and unacceptable. I have never written a review for anything before, but I felt so mistreated I had to say something so they don't do it to others.
Pros: Good, nice dentist
Cons: Overcharge you by a ton, and then drop you if you mention it.
