We took our car to one of their shops for brakes. They wanted $750 for front and rear brakes on a Ford Escort, twice as much as Monro. After inspecting the brakes they pulled the car out into the parking lot and struck a dumpster, parked car and then the building. All because they did not follow procedure. Tom Shea the franchise owner was nowhere to be found. He wouldn't return our phone calls, didn't offer a rental (which we finally had to get ourselves), didn't explain the insurance process and even lied about submitting a claim. After 5 days without our car, the insurance co. totaled the car. Throughout it all Tom Shea never once accepted liability, acted in a professional manner and never apologized or anything. I'm informing everyone I can to stay away from any of these shops.
