This is a wonderful little oasis in Minnetonka. Although there are a few other Christos locations, this doesn't feel like a chain and the owner, Gus, is often out and about. The bar area is sunny and the drink and food specials during happy hour are awesome, especially for this part of town. They have a gluten-free menu, which while increasing in popularity is still tough to find around here.
