I have had a wonderful experience being a Cbeyond for 8 years now. I have never had any issues and any time I have called in to Cbeyond customer care (24/7) they have been very friendly and helpful. My online bill is a great go-green approach and the online management tools are dummy-proof. I use over 20 over their applications they offer. When switching over my installation process was flawless and the vendors were very professional, on time and help ful. I couldn't ask for a better service. I eventually even bought some of their stock, even in a bad economy right now they are doing an incredible job and I believe its because they are so on top of their customer service and wonderful services. I would recommend Cbeyond to anyone.

Cons: doesn't service every where nationwide, just most large cities
