Went to search for a local AC company. After reading all the reviews there weren't too many that anyone had anything positive to say until I came across Tri-County. The only awkard thing about the review was the fact that when the person called they were able to get someone right out. Well sure enough I called in the afternoon and they had someone out by 5pm. Not only did they fix my thermostats but declined in doing a check up on my units due to the cold temp. They explained that with outside cold temps they would get false reading and would not be able to service my units properly. They recommend calling back when temps were in the 80's. AMAZING...our tech Andy could have easily gone outside done very little to nothing and charged us an additional fee per unit. He also took his time in explaining everything to me so i knew what was wrong and how he fixed it. Thanks Tri County you now have a loyal customer for life!!!
