This is the worst car rental experience I have ever had. I will be happy next time to pay extra and go with one of the major car rental companies. Usave left me a message on Saturday at 2pm and let me know they would be closed at 2 pm that day and not open again until Monday. I had a flight out the next day on Sunday. They asked me to drop the car off and throw the keys in the slot in the door. How in the world does this company expect their client to get back to the airport once they drop their car off. I had quite a bit of luggage and did not feel like walking a mile and a half to the terminal. I almost missed my flight trying to flag a cab down to follow me to the rental place and then take me back to the airport. Bad business practice. I learned my lesson.
Pros: Cheep
Cons: everything else. Spend more $$$ and go with a well know rental place. Bad car, worse service.
