I was in the store the same time as bride2010 was in. The young lady behind the counter spoke to these ladies twice before they responded. When asked about a certain line the customers said was online as Divas being a vendor the customers were told they have never been a vendor of the line but possibly the store (Cardinal) down the street did. I saw the salesperson (Crystal, by the way) come from behind the counter to ask them did they possibly confuse one brand for a similarly named brand. I have known the ""Divas"" for over a year now while planning my wedding. I have gotten everything there...gown, veil, bm's gowns, my mother's dress and my future MIL's dress. They really care about their customers and I wonder what motive these bashers have. Also, my friend was told if she canceled her bridal appointment at Cardinal she would have to pay a $100 fee. The Ladies at Divas never pressured me, fined me, or ignored me. I was (and am) on a strict budget and they have all been gracious in tending to my needs. Every bride should go there. But not the one's walking in with chips on their shoulders! Thanks Divas for all you have done to help make my dream a reality! ;)
Pros: Awesome selection, awesome women who care.
Cons: I couldn't afford everything I wanted but I got close with their help
