I rented from Liberty Management for the past three years. They always have been good to work with.
They make it easy to report maintenance though their website. Also they made it easy to pay rent though their website or with direct debit from my checking account. Repairs were usually completed in a few days; occasionally it would take a little longer if they had to get the owner?s ok first. Also I have had some friends find home to rent with Liberty Management and none of them have had any problems.
Pros: Good to rent from - kept property up.
Cons: A couple of times stayed on hold a little to long.
