when i went and reserve a private party for my daughter they were ok i figured long day they told me i can go set up my party 30 min. before we got there 20min before there were still people ther so we waited outside when i finally went in a party was still there my husband and i walked in they were not tellin these peopple to leave or cleaning the mess so i had to wait to set up for my daughters private party which took away from the time i whould have been spending with her so i kindly asked if we can get aleast 30 more min. we were the last part for the day she had to talk to the owner manager which was very rude say on the speakers your part has 30 min to clear out so enjoy your skate which was part of the time i paid for so i asssumed he was not going to talk to me so i went back up there he was so rude i dont know if he was having a bad day very unprof adn told me he can give me 10 min extra to cleanthe little time i had left to skat with my daughter they came up to about 5 times that i need to settle up and iwas very clear that my husband will settle up but for some reason they just didnt want to go ask him so very bad idea to have your party here very rude peop
