The first thing you notice about this clinic is that they are NICE. It doesn't feel like visiting a medical facility. I feel like a customer or valued client, not a ""patient."" Once when they were running behind, I said I'd get coffee next door. The receiptionist said, ""I'll come get you when we're ready."" Who else does that?
