I took my vehicle in 3 times, every time, work had to be done that they found, even though it was unrelated to the presenting problem. i had them complete the recommended repairs, but it cost me 3 times what the original presenting problem was quoted. on the third visit, i needed my odometer replaced, but according to Lamb's, i needed a new radiator, a new drive belt, (true), a new master brake cylinder. the original quote was tripled for the additional work. i said no, paid $95.00 for their analysis and i will never go back. the master cylinder is fine, nothing wrong with the radiator, and the belt has been replaced. they wanted $118 for the belt and replacement. it was done for $30.
