Unfortunately I am not allowed to rate this kennel with negative stars, which is the only reason I voted it 1/5. Like many others I was suckered in by the pamphlets with pictures of cats romping in large playpens and lounging in luxurious cat condos. When I arrived with my cat I was shown the place where I THOUGHT my cat would be staying, which was indeed nice. A week later I arrived to pick my cat up. I was a couple of hours early, and thus got to see where the cats are actually kept. My cat was crammed into a tiny wooden box with wire mesh over the top. The box was slightly larger than the average cat carrier - ALMOST big enough for a cat to stand up in. My poor boxed cat was in a tiny room that was FULL of other boxed cats. The cats were stacked several deep from floor to ceiling. In little wooden boxes. Dozens of cats screaming and howling, crammed into crates, stacked up like cardboard boxes in storage. It was absolutely appalling. Furthermore, the unnecessary vaccinations that the Country Cat House required gave my cat an untreatable cancerous tumor which lead to her death. Do not give these people your business. Your cat would probably be better off at the animal shelter.
Pros: Absolute best place in town to pay to have your pet crammed into a filthy box.
