I posted a comment a while back but somehow it has been removed. I took an area rug to their home/office to be cleaned. 30 days later they still had not started it. When I picked it up, it smelled horrible and the dog hair that was on it when we took it was still there. Maybe they do a better job when they come to you, but don't take anything to them.
Pros: nice people
Cons: our rug smells bad and still has dog hair
