I am almost 55 years old and have regained an energy level that I have not had in ten or twelve years. Since last June, I have lost nearly 20 pounds and put on lean muscle tone, like I have never had. I have been a runner and workout enthusiast for most of my adult life, but the training at 501 Fit has breathed new and better life into my body, which I thought was only on a downhill slide, because of my age.
Pros: Group strength & cardio training as good as one on one!!
Cons: None!!
