Stole our MONEY!! POOR EXAM! 3/20/2009

My daughter completed an exam in September. Only 3 months later she needed to be re-examined and fitted for new glasses since the initial exam was inaccurate. Secondly we paid out of pocket until our insurance was able to send us a card. We were assured we would be reimbursed by the office. The reimbursed us less than 1/2 of what was owed. I've had to report them to the business board and United Health Care for negligence. Cons: Inaccurate Exam and poor response to phone inquiries. more
