I ordered about 6 K in appliances, then a few weeks later some ceiling fans and outdoor lights - all to be delivered on the same day. Since my items were on 2 different tickets, I double checked with Goldstar to confirm that ALL items would be on the truck. Well, delivery day came and guess what? Missing the fans and lights. I called the store and Michael, who assisted me with our original appliance purchase, said he would drive them over immediately. And in freezing cold weather, with some ice on the roads, he did! That's what I call customer service - so rare these days
