The bellmen and valet exchanged money with my town car driver who was only supposed to charge me $40 for a trip to PDX. He charged me $70. The driver told me the bellmen charged him $20 for MY trip to the airport, a surcharge that I, the customer, am responsible for? How does that work? Is it legal? What a coincidence there is another posting about some shady stuff going on. Or is it?
