Service takes forever and completely unreliable. They don't seem to be on top of anything or have a clue whats going on. Let me explain to you my story. I had problem with my car, so I took it here, they say I need new engine and they quickly say I need to pay $7,000 for a new one with little to no inspection even though I was under warranty. So I had to fight for a week to tell them I was in fact covered (they told me I had to pay before they really inspected it closely). Now they tell me it will be a week and a half for the order and installation. One and a half weeks later and I am told they ordered the wrong engine...so I wait another week and they still haven't got the engine. Now they finally get the engine and takes them ANOTHER week to install. NOW they hear a noise (clicking) and wont give me the car with it so they are taking everything apart to find out what they did wrong. It's been 3 and a half weeks and I still have not got my car. Oh and they will give you a rental car for 3 days, he squeezed 5 for me...Wow thank you so much.
