I used to work there and they did not go about the TB incident properly. We (the staff) were all told to not say a word to any clientele about it, that the management would contact the clients, but many of my clients were never told and no longer go there.This right there tells you the character of the place.
Since the new owner took over most of the original staff left because she was micro managing, changing everyones' hours and being a control freak. Her mother actually wrote one of the "rave" reviews here. All I can say is karma..you get what you give and karma will come right back to them in the same way they turned all our lives upside down playing with our hours with no concern that we had bills to pay!
I am very thankful I quit when I did. Everyone I worked with was extremely talented in their own right- it's too bad the owner was too occupied with her own issues + problems to see that. Some people just aren't meant to manage..and Donna is one of them. I am sure you will get awesome color and cuts here..just don't get too attached to your stylist as she will be there one minute and gone the next!
Pros: Great colors and cuts do happen here I am sure but...
