I got my front windshield replaced. Three months later there was a crack. When I called about their one year warranty, they said they would not honor it without the original receipt. I have the credit card transaction number and the exact date. When I asked her to look it up, she said, "It's not that I can't, I just won't." I have proof of purchase and they will not honor the warranty. This is ridiculous and rude. Do not use these people.
