The owner of Run-In always (and I have bought shoes here a few times) finds a running shoe that is right for me. Some reviews say the guys who work there have no personality. I disagree. Listen closely to hear the dry-wit. Overall, I have been 100% satisfied on points of highly knowledgeable staff, consistently good assistance in finding the right shoe, and the ambiance of the place.
