I spent time searching for the perfect ""process"" to meet my needs. I read about several laser treatments available and after extensive consultation with Laser Cosmetica Med Spa staff, I decided to purchase a package of Titan and Laser Genesis (the laser skin rejuvenation). The staff is friendly and informative. They didn't push any treatment, and I was very comfortable. Prior to arriving, I did look up their background and Dr. Roberts? credentials and found that they are extremely educated and knowledgeable. They even told me not to add on procedures as they didn't think I needed them at this time! It wasn't completely pain free, but then I was told what to expect. It was worth the temporary discomfort! I am not a patient person, so I had my doubts once the healing process began. I called Laser Cosmetica Med Spa and discussed my concerns. The staff was very supportive and reminded me that this process takes time! They were right. Each day I see improvements and realize that they have performed the perfect treatments on me, especially when I look at my ""before"" photos! My skin feels tighter and the wrinkles are diminishing. The staffs are educated, classy, comforting and always concerned. They called me after each treatment for a follow up and checked up on me regularly. I feel so much better about myself thanks to Laser Cosmetica Med Spa.
