I purchased my Expedition from a buy here pay here and I was financed through Lydia Cladek. Yes I have been through very irritating reps that have been nothing but rude (VINCENT) and have no understanding but for the most the reps have worked with me. I truly feel that they are only doing the job that they are paid to do. If we do what our contract says and pay them on time, then they wouldn't have to call, right??!! Yes I have been late on my payments a time or two but at the same time I have made arrangements and kept them. These people at Lydia Cladek do know ,in the economy that we are living in, that there are going to be some rough times for their customers. My truck will be paid off in about 7 months and Lord knows I hope I make it. I would have rated them a 5 star, but thanks to VINCENT I couldn't. Carmen of Gainesville\r
