Ok well I have to say the staff are all very friendly and I felt very comfortable. Due to the type of hair I have im very cautious about getting my hair done. However I found Harmoni on the web that and it said they deal with all hair types...I thought that sounds great and I went and gave it a try. Like I said the staff was very nice and went out of their way to make you feel comfortable, and the atmoshere was nice and relaxing. The problem was that I was NOT totally satisfied with the outcome of my hair..when I called to let them know the issue they were more then willing to redo it at additional cost...which surprised me due to the fact that they have a SATISFACTION GUARANTEE sign posted on the desk, that states if within a week you are not happy to come back and it they will fix it...just specified NO REFUNDS. I didnt want a refund...just didnt want to pay anymore then I already had since I spent well over $100 the first time. So I went back anyway paid somemore money and was still not happy...so needless to say I had to spend more money to get it fixed somewhere else!!!!! I guess had the offered to fix my hair at no additional cost and I still didnt like it would have been one thing...but to charge me a second time for something that they did...well it pretty much didnt stick with the SATISFACTION GAURANTEE policy!!!! So due to that I will not go back!!! I was just very disappointed with the fact that they were not willing to fix the issue at no charge!!!!
