I've lived at a location of his management for over 5 years, and I am grateful that I have such a hard working, and devoted property manager. People expect their phone calls to be returned promptly an hour after calling, and this is unrealistic. With a man working as hard as he is, it is impossible to return that many phones a day, while making property visits to take care of people's complaints. A possible answer to all of those complaining about his services-- buy your own house and take care of your own things. You'll quickly learn how things do not get done in 24 hours. He's always looking out for the best interest of the people living at his properties, and works hard at trying to save people's money while giving them the best service.
