Very bad service department. I dropped off my car (2006 Mustang) due to a rattle in the dash. They kept my car for 4 days to ""diagnose"" the issue. When I got my car back I noticed mileage discrepancies. The car had been driven for almost 500 miles since I dropped it off. When I asked the service manager, he told me that his employees were honest and I was wrong about the mileage. My only mistake was that I did not notice the mileage immediately on pickup of my vehicle. I was supposed to get a survey from Ford to rate their service which I had gotten every time I dropped my car off for regular maintenance such as oil change. Once I complained to the service manager about this issue, I did not get the survey request. To add to my issues, the rattle started within two months of picking up the car.
