Nightmare is the best way to describe our dining experience. It started bad, and when the manager finally appeared (after 1 1/2 hours!), we figured that he personally trained the staff to be rude and uncaring. I hope whoever owns Beau Jacks realizes that his/her business won't last long with this manager. How was the food? Not worth talking about, because everything tasted of the poor attitude.
