I would strongly urge others seeking imaging services to go elsewhere, this company does not inform you when they do not have valid contracts with major insurance companies. They do not advise you of denied claims. They leave threatening messages and stating inaccurate information and in person they promise that they are sending you to collections blaming the patient for their billing errors. They refuse to act in a professional manner and refuse acceptance of written valid disputes on their billing errors. I was just notified 1/28/09 of a claim that was denied back in 4/06 yes almost 3 years and my insurance company will not accept an appeal after that much time. I am disabled on a limited income and they can care less.
