From the moment you walk in the door Helen and Gary make you feel at home. The glass of Johnny Black didn't hurt either. As alot of the other reviews say there is absolutely no pressure to buy. One of the first things out of Gary's mouth was that he wanted to make sure I knew that you didn't need to get a diamond to get engaged. I thought, what a fantastic idea but I was pretty sure my fiance wouldn't agree. From that point on though, we looked at multiple stones and multiple settings. Many of these I had pulled from other jewelers websites. He was able to get me exactly what I was looking for and at a great price. I wouldn't hesitate to send anyone there and I haven't. One of my friends as I write this is down looking at an anniversary ring for his wife.\r

I think the only possible thing I could thing of that was negative about my experience was the lack of ice for my scotch. But Gary told me he was working on this. Now that is what I call service.
Pros: Customer service, price and the overall experience
Cons: No ice for my scotch Gary.. :)
