The Thai Garden serves the best and most authentic Thai food in Salt Lake. The restaurant is unassuming in the little strip mall and the decor is not the best, but it makes up for everything with the food! It has been our favorite restaurant for two years and it's consitantly great. The make their sauces from fresh chilis and their meats are nothing but the best cuts. My favorite is the panang curry (red) with chicken, which is spicy with fresh vegetable and my wife loves the pad thai. Usually we share the two family style, as Thai dishes are intended. The mellower flavor of the pad thai balances out the spicyness of the curry dishes. We've also had several other dishes and have never been disappointed. A helpful hint is to get the Thai iced tea to help eleviate the spice! The food is wonderful place and we highly recommend it to all of our friends.
