My husband and I have been clients for over 20 years. What once was great service has increasingly dived over the years. For that last 5 years, we have been shuffled from one inexperienced tax preparer to another. It's been years since we've even ""seen"" Bill and he was once a close friend. The employees are rude and snotty and are often heard gossiping about clients while folks are waiting in the lobby area. Over the last few years, the fees have increased yet the service has declined. We will be finding a new office this year.
