I needed a basic repair done on a home appliance. I called these guys and they seemed professional and prompt in scheduling my service call (hence the 1 star instead of zero). They told me the service visit occur during a 4 hour window the following day. I take off work to meet the service technician and then I waited...and waited...and waited...and waited. 1 hour past my scheduled appointment window and during the dinner hour I finally get a call telling me that the tech will be there shortly. The tech was a nice guy and tried to explain to me why he couldn't make it in the 4 HOUR WINDOW, but come on...you can't even have the courtesy to make a quick call an hour or so earlier to say you are running late? Or even have the home office call and give me a heads up that the guy is going to be late? Needless to say, if Jensen's standards are at this level while they are trying to earn your business, what would they be like once they have your business? I am not going to find out.
