I woke up one day after a softball game and realized that I was so sore that I could barely move. That's when I decided to make a real effort to get back into shape. But I hated going to the gym. So I asked my fiance (now wife) Lisa, who was already attending Doug's Bridal Boot Camp and raving about how great of a workout she was getting, if Doug would be willing to train me. Doug accepted the challenge and I have been attending his workouts for two+ years. And now I can honestly say that I'm in the best shape of my life! Doug's focus on strength training and interval training has vastly improved my running times and my overall physical and mental health. I continue to train with Doug and don't plan on stopping.
