I went for an oil change/tire rotation because my company offers a discount. While it is not a luxury dealership, the service was quick, very friendly and they didn't pull the usual ""we found additional issues with your vehicle."" They were honest and I felt very good after my initial experience. I've been driving around to price tires and have found sub-par customer service and sketchy business practice at Bobby/Steve's and Morries. Morries flat out lied but that's another story. I will purchase my tires here and I will tell anyone/everyone to go to this Goodyear for basic auto service.
